Orders are processed within 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Options and Delivery Times
We offer various shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3 to 7 business days within Canada.
- Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1 to 3 business days within Canada.
- International Shipping: Delivery times vary by destination. For the US, estimated delivery is within 5 to 10 business days. For other countries, please expect delivery within 7 to 21 business days. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs clearance procedures, which can cause delays beyond the original delivery estimates.

3. Shipping Charges

All international orders are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all taxes and duties are included in the final purchase price.
5. Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your order by visiting the carrier's website and entering your tracking number.
6. Shipping Restrictions
Due to shipping restrictions, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box addresses. Certain products may also have shipping restrictions that will be noted on the product page.
